This application supports the counting of Planks as its primary function.
Main Functions:
- Count Planks.
- Receive notifications.
- Record Active Energy and Workouts in Apple Health.
- Save results to Photo Library.
- View workout history.
- Proximity sensor functionality. (Note: Proximity sensor is not available on Dynamic Island devices.)
How to use:
- Place your iPhone on the floor.
- Tap the start button to begin counting.
- Tap the done button to finish your session.
Active Energy Calculation:
- e.g. METs 2.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. Calculation: (2.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 15.75 kcal.
Optional Permission Requests:
- Apple Health: Used to record data in Apple Health.
- Tracking: Utilized for personalized ad delivery.
- Notifications: Enables notifications to be sent to users.
- Photo Library: Saves images to the Photo Library.
Languages available: Japanese, English.
